We carry a large stock of quality machinable plastic materials used in manufacture of seals, gaskets, liners, fasteners, doctor blades, valves seats, oil-free piston rings, insulators, marine fenders, bushing, miscellaneous parts for process plants, machinery parts and general engineering spares. All our materials are 100% virgin and are quality checked by our QC inspectors, at source. We also offer materials suitable for food, bio-safe and antistatic applications.

Gasketing & Sealing Materials

Our gasketing and sealing materials cover the full range of temperature, pressure and harsh environment requirements like oil, steam, acids & alkalis. Also grades for food, pharma, solar and bio-safe applications.

  • Non Asbestos Gasket Jointing Sheets 1500 x 3000 x 0.5 to 5 thick, different grades, as per ASTM F104 ; certified by KTW, GOST, PZH, Lloyd
  • Flexible graphite gasket sheets, plain & reinforced, 1500 x 1500 x 0.2 - 5 thk
  • Rubber sheets in Neoprene, Natural & EPDM in rolls,1 to 25 thk x 1200 wide

Tubing & Profiles

The tubing offered is perfectly concentric, with smooth finish and preferred by end users for medical, food, process plants, automotive, fluid handling and general engineering applications. Profiles are used in construction, bottling and continuous process plants.

  • PTFE / TEFLON® tubing, 0.25 to 19.0 inner dia, wall 0.25 to 3.0
